This Privacy Policy explains what information of yours will be collected by us when you use THE WEIGHT ROOM website (the “Website”), all other products and services, as well as THE WEIGHT ROOM mobile app (the “Application”), and all content offered as part thereof, (collectively referred to herein as the “Services”), how such information will be used and shared, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of such information. We will not collect, use or share your information except as described in this Privacy Policy.

What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?

Do we use 'cookies'?

Deactivation of your Account

When you terminate your subscription for services, we will delete the information provided by you that we personally maintain, and that information will no longer be available to you.  Please refer to the privacy policies of our Service Partners for information as to their handling of this information.  It is possible, for example, that our Service Partners may back up data for their own needs and purposes.
