Every new client starts off going through our in-depth evaluation, which gives our team a clear understanding of your starting point so we can build you a specific road map to achieve the goals you desire. The results of your evaluation will dictate the safest exercises for you to start with, how we progress your workouts, and also guide us in the development of your nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
All Weight Room clients receive custom nutrition and lifestyle guidance based on their Metabolic Roadblock Assessment. We use this information to Reset your Metabolism to clear the path for our Metabolic Optimization strategies.
