Our small group fitness classes focused on lifting weights are designed for adults aged 35 and over who want personalized attention without the cost of one-on-one training. With class sizes capped at 12 people, you’ll get the guidance and motivation you need to transform your health and feel amazing.

HOW IT WORKS

Movement Analysis & Metabolic Roadmap Assessment

Every new client starts off going through our in-depth evaluation, which gives our team a clear understanding of your starting point so we can build you a specific road map to achieve the goals you desire. The results of your evaluation will dictate the safest exercises for you to start with, how we progress your workouts, and also guide us in the development of your nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

Choose Your Style of Training

  • We offer a variety of different training options – either 1 on 1 or group class based training.
  • We recommend a minimum of 2-3 sessions per week, that are each tailored to your needs.

Custom Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan

All Weight Room clients receive custom nutrition and lifestyle guidance based on their Metabolic Roadblock Assessment. We use this information to Reset your Metabolism to clear the path for our Metabolic Optimization strategies.

Monthly Check-In

Check-in monthly with Lifestyle Coach to make sure progress is happening and to make any needed adjustments.
