Alyssa has been consistently making huge improvements in and outside The Weight Room. Her overall development of her back and shoulder strength required for paddling has improved. She has also cut back on the hiit and focused more on periodized strength training.  Her new routine is allowing her mind and body to thrive.  She recently won her paddle boarding race and credits the program she is following to  helping her get stronger and faster during her races. IT’S TIME!! 30-Day Ultimate Comeback Challenge IT’S TIME!!

 30-Day Ultimate Comeback Challenge

Here’s what the 30-Day Ultimate Comeback Challenge involves: Completing seven commitments every day for 30 consecutive days. These include:

* Two or more strength training sessions a week at The Weight Room
* Walking a minimum of 7,500 steps a day
* Prioritizing protein at every meal
* Drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of water daily
* Abstaining from alcohol for 30 days
* Writing down three things you’re grateful for each day and sharing them with your favorite WR Coach before or after your training
* Posting daily/weekly to Instagram to hold yourself and your fellow WR Family team members accountable. Be sure to tag The Weight Room using #30dayUltimateComebackChallenge

Everyone who completes this challenge will be entered to win:

* Grand Prize: A 2-night stay at the Murrieta Hot Springs Resort (for 2) and the chance to design your own custom TWR Hoodie
